On 4th of June 2026 we enjoyed another workshop dedicated to European classical literary works with smart and engaged young readers from the Novohradská school in Bratislava.
15 participants from different classes of the Novohradská school discussed what they want literature to do to them and how they perceived the classical European literary works read. Several pupils stressed that they want literature to change their perspective on the world. They also emphasized that they are looking for different life experience and something they cannot experience. Old and classical literature can offer an insight into a different world.
Workshop took place at Anasoft Litera and was facilitated and run by Michal Chudy, Rafael Denev and Aija Sakova. The organisation of the workshop was supported by Eva Labka Ilievsky and Simona Fochlerova.
